மிளகு கொழம்பு

(red)milakai vathal - 2 Nos
k. paruppu - 1 tbsp.
u. parupu - 1 tbsp.
milaku(pepper) - 2 tbsp.
puli(tamarind) - a size of lemon
kariveppilai(Curry leaves) -
perukayam(asafoetatia) -

Procedure:
In a tbsp. of gingeli oil, roast all ingredients into red in color.. Grind all with roasted ingredients into nice powder.. Prepare tamarind Juice(thika).. take 2 tbsp of gingeli oil in a fry pan.. warm the oil and add the ground the ingradients into tamarind juice and mix it well. Boil the contents till it looks like thick soup.. Now your Melaku Kochambu is ready..
Rice, melaku kochambu combination is very tasty one.. :)
